to all paindu insaans of the world, i hereby undertake the noble task of educating u at my own expense.

Most people round the regions im living at use it as a time to make a wish, which is meant to come true.
kinda like throwin coins over ur shoulder into any water-filled thng and tryng not to topple over or look too silly and make a wish at the same time.
